Return Policy

·        It is important to note that before making any purchase, it is highly recommended to check the size chart provided in the item description for each apparel and footwear item. This is particularly necessary as we collaborate with multiple vendors to ensure the best selection and quality products. Sizing can significantly vary from one vendor to another, so it is crucial to refer to the specific size chart for accurate measurements.

·       We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

·       To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

·        If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

·        The return label should be scanned with the carrier within 15 days of being issued.

·       A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the items returned. Your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

·        Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

·       Failure to follow these conditions will result in a reduced refund.
